Terms of service
YOUR CONFIRMATION OF ANY ORDER INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If an order is cancelled, but has already been shipped, you will need to return the item in good condition with all tags. A refund will then be made for the order, less the postage cost, which is non-refundable.
If an order has not yet been shipped, then a full refund will be made to the customer with no penalties.
If your order has been shipped and for any reason the item has been sent back to the sender. You will be required to repay shipping fees for a re-delivery as a new shipping label would have to be regenerated. If you want a refund instead of a redelivery you will be refunded only the product price excluding the delivery charge fee.
