Refund policy

All sales are FINAL so read details and description well before making a purchase. If your item has been shipped already we will will not be able to refund you. 

We do not offer refunds due to hygiene and health and safety laws.

If you believe there is a fault or error with your item you can apply for a return and exchange, please submit a request via email, information will be requested. If your return or exchange is approved, you will be provided with a specific address to return the item.

You have 7 days from the package being marked as received to address any issue you may have with proof, after this we may not be able to assist with an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in secure packaging 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If for any reason your item has been returned back to sender you would have to repay the shipping fee to receive your item. In some circumstances you may have

CANCELLATIONS

If an order is cancelled, but has already been shipped, the customer will need to return the item in good condition with all tags.  A refund will then be made for the order, less the postage cost, which is non-refundable.

If an order has not yet been shipped, then a full refund will be made to the customer with no penalties.

IF AN ITEM DOESN'T ARRIVE WITHIN THE EXPECTED TIME FRAME PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA 7-14 WORKING DAYS.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders take 2-3 days to be processed sometimes it may be shipped out sooner.

Please note orders placed on weekends will not be shipped until the next business day.

NEXT DAY( UK)
Orders for Next day deliveries should be placed before 11am to receive next day delivery. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the next buisness day for delivery. EXPRESS DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL)- This service is shipped with DHL/UPS/DPD and takes 2-3 days for delivery once dispatched.
STANDARD (INTERNATIONAL)-This service takes about 14-22 days (Royal Mail) for delivery depending on destination

All orders are shipped with end to end tracking to monitor your parcels whereabouts. 

We are not liable for mistakes made in your shipping details. Please make sure to double check this when placing your order to avoid complications. If an error is made when placing an order email us to rectify it.
